We publish our pricing because you deserve to know what you're paying before you talk to anyone. We show ranges because a few factors affect the final number — and we want to be honest about that upfront rather than surprise you at proposal time.
More devices per user means more to monitor and manage. Simple environments land at the lower end of the range.
Custom server configurations, legacy systems, or unusual infrastructure add complexity that affects pricing.
HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other compliance frameworks require additional documentation and controls that affect pricing.
Businesses requiring regular scheduled on-site visits will see pricing at the higher end of the range.
Modern, standardized hardware is simpler to manage. Older or heterogeneous hardware may require additional support effort.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a long-term contract?
Month-to-month agreements are available. Clients on annual agreements save 10% compared to the month-to-month rate. We don't lock you in with multi-year contracts — we keep clients by doing great work, not by making it painful to leave.
What's the minimum number of users?
Our minimum engagement is 5 users. This ensures we can provide the level of service and monitoring that makes managed IT worthwhile — smaller environments typically don't generate enough scope for the model to work well for either side.
Do you charge extra for onboarding?
No. Onboarding is included in all plans. We handle the transition from your existing IT situation — whether you're coming from break/fix, another MSP, or in-house IT — at no additional charge. A smooth onboarding is how we start the relationship, and we're not going to charge you for it.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied in the first 90 days, we'll refund your first month's fees — no questions asked. This is in your service agreement from day one. It's how we hold ourselves accountable and demonstrate that we stand behind the service.
What does "exact pricing" from the assessment mean?
After our free IT assessment, we produce a written proposal with a single specific monthly price — not a range. You'll know exactly what you're paying before you sign anything. No surprises at invoice time.
